I want to re-mortgage so where do I start.? It was the middle of August and I checked out my lease (I keep it in a battered suitcase on top of thee wardrobe) plucked a name from the pages of legalese..

It all started in August I noticed that I only had 55 years(approx) left on my lease. It's enough for me - I shall be well ove a hundred when it runs out. No problem this is Britain all you have to do is say I want to extend my lease.
